Delivery Details
Your order will be delivered to your home address or a local service point. You will receive a delivery notification by text message or email once the package has arrived or is ready for collection.
All orders are traceable via the tracking number provided with your digital receipt. Please note that delivery times to rural areas may be longer.

Shipping can take up to 21 business days, but it is usually shorter. Each piece is made to order — production begins after your purchase to minimize waste and ensure responsible craftsmanship. Delivery times are indicative and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs processing.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you refuse a delivery or if the shipment cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, any applicable fees (shipping, import duties, taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Tried on with care (jewelry is delicate)
Not used in photoshoots or similar use
Returned in the original Herien box and pouch, which are considered part of the product
Herien reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet the above conditions. If a return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
Return shipping cost of €15 will be deducted from your refund

How to Register a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@herien.store. Include your order number, the item(s) and size(s) you'd like to return.
Once your return is confirmed, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Packing Instructions
Place the item(s) inside their original box and pouch
Avoid placing multiple items in one pouch to prevent damage
Secure the branded box inside a solid shipping carton (preferably the original one)
Affix the pre-paid return label over the original shipping label
Drop off at a UPS Access Point or schedule a pickup if available in your area

Repairs
We offer repairs outside of warranty and are happy to quote based on your request. Please email orders@herien.store to begin the process.
Note: We are not responsible for any repairs performed by third parties outside our production team.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Returns that meet the return conditions and are shipped back within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns may take up to 14 business days to process after being received. A refund confirmation email will be sent once completed.

Please note:
Return processing may take longer during peak seasons
Shipping costs (original and uncollected packages) are non-refundable

Quality Guarantee
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Herien’s quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to:
Damage from misuse or carelessness (e.g. cracks from bending cuffs, misaligned clasps)
Aesthetic changes due to wear and tear (e.g. scratches, oxidization of silver, fading of gold plating)

Loss of Goods
Herien is not responsible for lost goods. If a product appears faulty (e.g. loose clasp or hinge), the customer must notify us as soon as the issue is detected to resolve it.
